Delivery

My Hermes Courier (3-5 working days)  – £4.95 GBP

International Orders are calculated at the checkout

Once your order has been received we aim to dispatch the item within 48 hours

We use UK standard delivery (3-5 working days)

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days

Orders will be sent to the address provided when placing your order. We cannot change the item or delivery address once it is dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere other than the address provided.

International Orders

Delivery to Europe is approximately 3-7 working days once dispatched

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or any other external factors.

Prices are calculated at checkout, dependent on the size and weight of your order.

It is the customers responsibility to pay any applicable customs charges

We require a telephone number for all International orders and cannot ship without.

We are unable to redirect or amend orders once items have been dispatched.

 

Returns

We're certain you'll love your BeauBox, however if for any reason it is not to your satisfaction and you wish to return you must do so within 7 days of delivery and with all individual gift items in their original unused condition and in the original packaging.

If you do wish to return your BeauBox we would recommend using a secure postage method and obtaining proof of postage or use a signed for service to ensure your box arrives safely with us. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. 

All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel, minus the original delivery costs.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thebeaubox.com.
